If Your dog has an Agreatdog microchip, you can return a great dog Chow or Shi Thu Puppy to us, subject to the following Return Policy.  Because we realize and understand that circumstances can change, or a puppy is not always a "Good Fit", we have created a return policy. As we are a licensed Kennel, we are subject to and have to follow regulations that are beyond our control.
A puppy is not a stuffed toy that can just be restocked. We must quarantine the puppy for a week or more before we can readopt it. This is to assure is not a carrier of communicable diseases. We must also evaluate the puppy for possible behavioral and trust issues due to the return and that it will meet our socialization standards. We must also disclose this to new families which may reduce the puppy's value.  We will try our best to find the puppy another home.  We will offer 10-80% of purchase price refund, depending on the effort needed, when and if the puppy finds a new home. The initial reservation deposit will not be refunded. If we cannot re-home the puppy within one year, it will be given away to a breed specific rescue group with no monies refunded. Due to new regulations by USDA, AWA and IDALS, puppies that are over the age of 12 weeks must have Proof of Vaccination including Rabies. Male puppies must be certified Brucellosis Free and have a current Health Certificate from your Vet before we can accept them (by Law).
